Previous articles have covered how breathing can be a strong vehicle for either increasing or releasing stress. Physical movement can also be used to release stress. 

You may already know this if you are signed up for a health and fitness program. While these programs can be effective in relieving stress, I am of the opinion that the most effective way to relieve stress is to nip it in the bud.
