I grew up with positive thinking role models and scores of self help books. But reading about my potential in a book and becoming truly aware of it are two entirely different things.

Over the past year, as  I train at the school, a slow transformation has been taking place in my life.

I'm beginning not only to see the infinite possibilities before me but also to feel the strength, confidence, and mental discipline necessary to accomplish anything I set my mind to.
